Following the discovery of the fancy camera laying around the house that was presumed broken and turned out to be functional, I proceeded to experimented with different settings to take great product photos. I found that 2.8f - 1/160 64 ISO and 5.1f - 1/160 - 200 ISO to be the easiest settings for daylight photos, but there are many other options and I will be experimenting for a while. The cool part is I can store pictures I like in a folder and the picture's settings are stored in it's EXIF data, including if a flash was used. Here are a few photos I like:
I also made a landing page for the pen holders with a landing page builder (dashwood.net/builder) and I think it is a good brainstorming exercise.
